Zine
A Zine is a magazine, often handmade or online publication usually on a specific topic subject. I did my zine on fruit because I love fruit and Pineapple is one of my favorite things. Another reason I did fruit was because I couldnt think of anything else. And if I were to do this project again I would do it on animals because I love monkeys and I thought of that right after I started making the zine about fruit. I learned that adding textures to it can make your zine more interesting and fun to look at.
At the beginning of making your print you have to pick a picture first, after you have your picture selected you have to scratch only the black parts of your picture into the glass. After you have scratched it you have to put ink on it and then wipe off the rest off. After you wipe it off you have to put it through the printing press. My project turned out better than I expected and I would do it again because it was fun to see how it turned out.
